ABOUT REACHING ADULT LEARNERS

Reaching Adult Learners is a new report offering a wealth of insights on what adult learners want, and how well FE colleges are meeting it. By surveying both learners and providers, and providing key takeaways and a series of recommendations, this unique research offers clear guidance for any provider seeking to improve their marketing strategy and engagement to this critical audience.

ABOUT THE RESEARCH

We surveyed 2,475 adult learners to get insights on questions such as why they enrolled, how they researched colleges, and what is most important about their course.

We held eight focus groups to get in-depth responses to questions about colleges and courses, so giving us qualitative insights that
compliment the survey.

We surveyed 22 providers representing 38 colleges, getting insights on their strategy, spending, targets, prioritisation, and advertising effectiveness when marketing to adults.
